Signature Taco Bar

The centerpiece of our catering experience. Guests enjoy warm tortillas, bold proteins like asada, al pastor, birria, grilled chicken, and vegetables, served with house-made salsas, onions, cilantro, and lime.

Main Plates & Traditional Dishes

Traditional favorites such as chicken tinga, chicken in poblano cream, mole, green or red chile pork, fajitas, birria plates, enchiladas, and chile rellenos served with classic sides.

Handheld Favorites

Burritos, taco bowls, tortas, quesadillas, and nachos offer flexible, satisfying options for casual events, food stations, and guest-friendly service.

Appetizers & Small Bites
